By using Muginai, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These terms may be updated; continued use constitutes acceptance.

2. Service Description

Muginai is an autonomous AI SEO platform. We provide keyword research, content brief generation, rank tracking, backlink monitoring, and SEO reporting. The service is provided "as is" during the beta period.

3. Acceptable Use

You may not use Muginai to generate spam content, conduct automated scraping beyond your plan limits, or violate any applicable laws. You are responsible for the content you publish using our platform.

4. Payment & Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time; your access continues until the end of the paid period. We do not offer refunds for partial months. During the beta, plans and pricing may change with 30 days' notice.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all content you create using Muginai. Muginai retains ownership of the platform, algorithms, and infrastructure. You grant us a license to process your data to provide the service.

6. Limitation of Liability

Muginai is not liable for ranking changes, traffic losses, or business outcomes resulting from use of the service. SEO results depend on many factors outside our control.
