Muginai collects information you provide when signing up (email address, company name) and information generated through use of the service (project settings, keyword lists, content briefs, SERP rankings). We also collect standard server logs (IP address, user agent, timestamps).

We use your information to provide and improve the Muginai service: running keyword research, generating content briefs, tracking rankings, and sending Telegram reports. We do not sell your data to third parties.

3. Data Storage

Your data is stored in encrypted databases hosted in Canada. Backups are retained for 30 days. You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us.

4. Third-Party Services

Muginai integrates with Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Telegram, and Stripe. Data shared with these services is governed by their respective privacy policies.

5. Cookies

We use session cookies for authentication only. We do not use tracking cookies or advertising cookies.
