Content Pipeline & Brief Generation

From keyword cluster to published article — Muginai handles briefs, drafts, quality checks, and publishing without a content manager in the loop.

Content production is the highest-cost, most time-consuming part of SEO. Briefing a writer takes 30–60 minutes. Editing a draft takes another hour. Publishing, linking, and monitoring adds more. Muginai runs that entire flow automatically.

From Keyword to Published

The content pipeline has four stages:

1. Brief generation When the orchestrator assigns a keyword cluster for content, it generates a structured brief automatically. The brief includes: primary and secondary keywords, intent label, suggested headings, competitor page analysis, word count target, schema type, and internal linking suggestions. Everything a writer needs without anyone pulling the data manually.

2. Draft generation For projects using the AI draft runner, briefs flow into a generation queue. Drafts are produced using the brief’s structure plus your brand voice guidelines. A quality gate checks for thin content, factual inconsistency signals, and anti-slop heuristics before the draft is flagged for review.

3. Review queue Drafts that pass the quality gate enter the review queue. Editors see the diff between the AI draft and the brief spec. Approving a draft triggers the publish runner; rejecting it sends feedback to the queue for a rewrite pass.

4. Publishing The publish runner formats the content for your CMS, assigns categories, adds schema markup, sets the canonical URL, and creates the internal linking structure. For sites using the site-pilot static export, content is pushed to the output directory and deployed automatically.

Quality Controls

Every draft goes through the anti-slop monitor before reaching the review queue. This checks for:

  • Vague transitional phrases (“It’s important to note that…”)
  • Sentences that pad word count without adding information
  • Repeated claims with no supporting evidence
  • Readability below the target grade level

Drafts that fail the anti-slop threshold are flagged separately and do not reach editors.

Brand Voice Enforcement

You define banned words, required phrases, and tone parameters in your brand profile. The orchestrator applies these to every draft before it leaves the generation queue. Violations are logged, not silently corrected.

Scaling Without Hiring

The pipeline throughput scales with your publishing targets. Whether you’re producing 10 articles per month or 500, the same pipeline handles both with no additional headcount.
